Terms of Service - HelloWall

By creating an account or selecting an action that states you agree, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Google or Apple sign-in authenticates you but does not replace these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and satisfy any higher local age or parental-permission requirement. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify HelloWall of suspected unauthorised access.

User content

You retain ownership of your content and grant HelloWall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, technically process, display, transmit, distribute, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the Service. You must have rights to content you upload.

Prohibited conduct

Do not post unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, exploitative, abusive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material; harass or endanger people; distribute malware; bypass security; scrape or manipulate the Service; evade enforcement; spam; scam; or misuse location features.

Moderation

HelloWall may restrict visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts for safety, legal compliance, enforcement, or service integrity.

Location and third-party information

Nearby results, places, distances, events, transport, and other third-party information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on HelloWall for navigation, emergencies, safety, opening hours, accessibility, or professional decisions.

Virtual items and purchases

Virtual items, gifts, rewards, and balances are limited licences for use in the Service, have no cash value unless expressly stated, and are not deposits or investments. Store purchases are also governed by the relevant store terms.

Privacy, deletion, and termination

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. You may request account deletion through Settings or the account-deletion page. HelloWall may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or harm.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, HelloWall does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, preservation, reach, engagement, earnings, or results and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live. Material changes will receive reasonable notice and may require renewed acceptance.
