Delete Your HelloWall Account

HelloWall users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to HelloWall.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion without the app

Email hellowalllive@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “HelloWall account deletion request” and include your HelloWall display name if known. We may request information needed to verify account ownership.

What is deleted

Direct account identifiers, profile information, authentication credentials, social connections, blocks, and notifications are deleted or anonymised. Public contributions or messages that must remain for conversation integrity, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, financial records, or legal obligations may remain in anonymised form. Restricted backups may retain deleted or anonymised data until overwritten.

Requests are processed within a reasonable period after identity verification. Contact the same email if you need specific content deleted before account deletion.
