The church is surrounded by trees and grass and when you look out of the windows you see newly green leaves waving in the sunlight. The church is beautiful inside and out and promotes feelings of serenity and peace. It is never locked , always open to passing visitors and travellers. Built over a thousand years ago, it is not surprising that it has a timeless feel.
